THE TREEHOUSE GUIDE

Patrick's first treehouse 1992 Patrick Fulton has put together a web site containing virtually all that you would need to know to put up your own tree house. The whole thing is a delight with pictures of great tree houses around the world. Although it is crammed with all sorts of practical detail the site is filled with an ambience that is reminiscent of Peter Pan's Lost Boys mixed with the shades of Robin Hood and Tarzan.

A big tree house must be one of the few places on earth that can mix machismo, romance, and the childish in equal quantities; a heady brew high above the cares of the world! This could be your refuge from work, the outside world, or the mother-in-law. Or perhaps it is just the human in us reverting to the trees. Have fun and enjoy!

The twittering birds awake us in the early morn.
Sun's rays sprinkle warmth through faintly fluttering leaves.
Forget the smoke, the stench, the daily slaving and the bosses scorn.
Here your house, with tree trunk pillars and branches eaves.
