Cairn o'mohr produce delicious wines from oak leaves. I had some spring oak and elder the other night very well cooled and it was delightful, which is why we're linked to their site. They are based at Errol near Perth where they operate a restaurant, and they also export to more exotic climes, as far afield as Japan.
